Trying to cancel a session, or join your session from home?

How can I cancel a session?

  1. Log in to TeachWorks and navigate to the calendar.

  2. Find the session you would like to cancel on the calendar and click on it.

  3. Click "View" to open the session details.

  4. Click "Cancel" to begin the cancellation process.

  5. Review the cancellation policy displayed on the screen.

  6. Click the red "Cancel Lesson" button to proceed.

  7. When prompted, click "OK" to confirm the cancellation.

  8. You will receive a confirmation notice on the screen, and an automatic cancellation email will be sent to you.

How do I join my sessions from home?

  1. Hover Over "Meet Study Buddy": Move your cursor over the "Meet Study Buddy" section in the top navigation bar.

  2. Click "Current Students": From the dropdown menu, select "Current Students."

  3. Access the Family Portal: On the far right side of the page, under "Family Portal," click "Access Portal."

  4. Log in to Your Family or Student Portal: Enter your login details to access your portal.

  5. Navigate to Your Session: Find the day and time of your scheduled session on the calendar.

  6. Click the Lesson: Locate your lesson on the calendar and click on it.

  7. Click "View": In the lesson details, click the "View" button.

  8. Join Lessonspace: Click the Lessonspace link listed in the description.

  9. Click "Join": Once Lessonspace opens, click "Join" to enter the session.
